Pietro Varone built the “OrdiNow: Liberi di ordinare” (hereafter it will be called "OrdiNow") App as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at OrdiNow unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Description of service

OrdiNow s a self-ordering service that allows people to place orders in a specific public business through this free application. You will never be asked to register and never to enter information of a personal nature. Each user can log in through an NFC device present at the facility affiliated with OrdiNow. Only information that could be available to me are described into “Log Data” section.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using this service you can send a food and / or drink order to the "venue manager". By "venue manager" we mean the third person who has decided to adopt Pietro Varone's OrdiNow app in his restaurant. The latter will never receive personal data, but will always and only manage the orders that will be linked not to the person but to the place where the NFC identification device is located. For this reason, personal data will never be collected. The only data that will be used for the purposes of the service relate solely and exclusively to the order placed by the customer. These data can be processed by the " venue manager" and reused for statistical purposes. The updating of digital menus is the sole and exclusive responsibility and responsibility of the " venue manager" who decides to use this app for his business. Pietro Varone, as maintainer of the online databases that host all the information necessary for the functioning of the app, can have access to the same data available to the "venue manager". The latter will not re-process these data in any way and will not use them for third parties, except for database maintenance activities. Pietro Varone cannot be in any way responsible for what is added to the digital menu and sold by the " venue manager" ".

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. How to use the App “OrdiNow”

The use of the application must be limited to the uses for which it was designed. Any different use is expressly prohibited. I disclaim any liability arising from incorrect operation.

Since the correct functioning of the application also depends on the functioning of services and products provided by third-party companies, I decline any responsibility for malfunctions attributable to these subjects as the service is partly based on third party systems and / or networks
that may cause the app to malfunction.

 

Alcoholic Regulation 

According with current legislation on alcohol “OrdiNow” is not responsable in any way for the behavior of the operators of public establishments. People that can order are not identify by OrdiNow App. The operators of public establishments have the obligation to verify the age of the person whom the alcholic beverage is administered or sold. OrdiNow represents only an additional service to the business that decides to adopt it, and cannot in any way control, verify and replace the personnel burdens in respect of the regulations in force.
